Subscription Access

Upon successful payment, customers will receive immediate access to the MGRS Mapper SaaS application via their registered account. Access details and login credentials will be provided automatically through email confirmation after payment processing.

Refund Policy

All sales of subscriptions to MGRS Mapper are final. Due to the digital nature of our SaaS application, refunds are generally not offered. However, if you encounter technical difficulties or service interruptions that significantly impact your use of the application, please contact our support team at admin@mgrs-mapper.com, and we will address your concerns promptly.

Delivery Policy

The MGRS Mapper application is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) accessible exclusively online. There is no physical delivery involved. Upon purchase, customers gain immediate online access via their user account.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No additional charges will be applied following cancellation.

Return Policy
